Kingdom Framework versus Church Framework: Created for Purpose

Our vocations are our mission field.
From the very beginning, God had a clear purpose for humanity. He didn’t create us to simply occupy space or pass time until we reach heaven. Instead, He designed us to be His representatives on earth, caring for and developing His creation. God’s creation mandate hasn’t changed.
Even now, we are God’s co-regents in bringing order, beauty, and flourishing to our world. Whether you’re a teacher shaping young minds, a business person making ethical decisions, or a parent nurturing your family, you’re fulfilling this divine purpose. Your work matters to God, and He wants to work through you to bring His goodness and healing into every corner of creation.
‘Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”‘ – Genesis 1:26-28
Question: In what specific ways can you use your current role or position to bring God’s order and goodness into your domain?
Prayer: Father, thank You for creating me with purpose, for mission. Help me see how my daily work and interactions can reflect Your character and advance Your kingdom. Give me courage to be Your ambassador wherever I am. Amen.
